Natural Appetite Increasing Enhancers

Decreased appetite? Stimulate your appetite with natural appetite enhancers, stimulants, and herbs!

Whether you are a person with no appetite, struggling with even the thought of eating, a person with a small body type, or maybe a bodybuilder or athlete, there are many time tested, healthy herbs, minerals, and vitamins that stimulate your appetite naturally so you can increase your appetite, eat more and gain weight with no harmful side effects to your body. Some of these herbs have been used for thousands of years by indigenous cultures around the world because of their magical, stimulating properties.

Here are just a few of the natural herbs used to stimulate the appetite:

  • Parsley
  • Ginseng Biloba
  • Ginger Root
  • Gotu Kola
  • Peppermint
  • Catnip
  • Fennel Seed
  • Horseradish
  • Garlic

Here are some of the vitamins and minerals used to increase your appetite:

  • Thiamin - assists in carbohydrate metabolism

  • Vitamin B Complex - stress relieving vitamin that increases appetite and is essential for the nervous system

Socrates once said, " There is only one good - knowledge, and one evil - ignorance." Educating yourself is one of the most empowering steps you can do to take control and improve any aspect of your life. There is so much information we are constantly bombarded with everyday, it is hard to seperate fact from fiction. If you take a little time to listen to yourself, listen to your body, you can find your way.

Do a little research and discover what is right for you. Talk to a health care professional, an herbalist, naturopathic or homeopathic doctor about what kind of things would be a good match for your weight gain program.

Appetite Stimulant or Enhancer Testing Exercise:

Using our body's innate inner awareness can also be a powerful tool to see physically what we should put in our body. Dr. Wayne Dyer talks repeatedly about a powerful exercise in the book, "Power vs. Force" by Dr. David R. Hawkins. The "muscle testing" exercise in " Power vs. Force" is a physical example of our body's awareness.

To do the exercise: stand up, relax and place your arms at your sides. Lift one arm straight out to your side with your palm down, parallel to the ground, you now look like an upside down L. With the other arm you take an object, any object, let's say a bottle of vitamins in this example. Take the vitamins and place them over your heart. Now you need someone to try to firmly but gently push your arm back down to your side, while you try to resist them and keep your arm up in the same position. Don't strain. If your body senses the object you are holding is good for you, you will be able to keep your arm in the same position and resist the person with no problem, even if they are much bigger. If your body does not like the object, your arm will drop fast and easily to your side even though you are resisting.

You will be powerless with something next to your heart that your body doesn't like or doesn't want at that time. Experiment with different objects like your favorite music CD, foods you eat, drinks, or the books you read, anything in your environment will work. Now switch and let your partner try it.

You could also increase your appetite with a weight gain supplement. We recommend Weight Gain Plus by Vita Salveo. It is all natural, with no side effects, and Vita Salveo offers a 100% money back guarantee.
